Oven Baked Pork Chops

8 boneless pork chops

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 teaspoon each of paprika and garlic

Bake chops, covered, on 400 for about 12 minutes (6 minutes per 1/2 inch of thickness)

Remove foil cover and broil for a minute or so, watching carefully

LET THEM REST a few minutes, and check with meat thermometer (should reach 145) before serving. Can use pan drippings to make a sauce
